Which change will cause that to happen? It doesn't obviously follow from anything I've seen so far, and it's not listed among the downsides on that website.

As for the religion and/or level of tolerance towards any religions of a President goes, I don't think it should be of any concern at all, as long as they don't have an influence over anything government related. Per the First Amendment, of course.

-Not getting disqualified for pre-existing conditions (as I mentioned I have a friend who benefits from this).
-I'm able to be covered by my parents' health insurance for the next five years if necessary.

-Tax increases and penalties associated with it only apply to the rich or incompetent (respectively), and create a net income for the government.

As far as I can tell the downsides are perfectly reasonable for an act with this much benefit.

What you left out, is that Obama deliberately didn't say that he was robbing your parents (and us) of Medicare in the amount of 700 Billion dollars to jump start Obamacare, which will end up costing far more than that (in the trillions by 2025)...effectively ending Medicare and bankrupting the US even further.

Do you think Obama has thought out that far how to pay for it? Or if he even cares? Of course he hasn't! He just doesn't care! He is a Political Amateur and a hack! He just wants to ram the pet programs thru congress that align with his Progressive beliefs. Saving our economy is not a priority. That's why he went for Obamacare first while he had both houses of Congress in his pocket. He believes we should all downsize in wealth, spread it around, sing comb-ayah and give in to the glorious master design of his twisted belief system. You can't get away with "Free healthcare for all" or "Government paid for Healthcare" so you say "Insurance should pay for it. That's what insurance is for right?" WRONG!

Nancy Pelosi was only one of 40+ congressmen from California back in the day, and only residents from her district(s) could have elected her to represent them. As for her becoming Speaker of the House, House Minority Leader, etc., that selection process was done in the House, not by Californians. And it's only fair that California gets an equal representation of electoral votes since it is a very populous state after all. Rather than blame California, it is the Electoral College itself that is flawed.

She did, and they all did, although not fully aquainted, that is if you are familiar with the process of how a new bill is introduced. The original context of that statement was:

You just made seem as though all voters from California, most of which are incompetent, according to you, were responsible for putting Nancy Pelosi, an idiot, again, according to you, in the governmental position she was and is in now.

You also mentioned that there are other idiots, Democrat or Republican, in Congress, some of which, Democrats, were responsible for Pelosi's selection as Speaker of the House, Minority House Leader, etc. So how did all of these other Congressmen affiliated with the Democratic Party who are supposedly idiots get elected? Surely, not all of them are Californian and not every single one from California is an idiot.
