Well, the only Star Wars related book that I ever read was 'Rise of Darth Vader' which happens right after Episode 3. It was okay. Beyond that, having never read any other SW books, I guess whatever they do won't disappoint me...unless they put a cameo in the movie using a Binks relative.

Star Wars the Lost Episode.
Revolves around Jar Jar and his deception of his true identity. It was He who planned the Attack on Naboo, Sidious was merely the messenger. He was the true master mind of the Clone Wars. It was his plan for Sidious to name himself Emperor of the Galactic Empire, Sidious was merely the puppet.
His clumsiness was merely a ruse.

Was the meeting of Jar Jar and Qui-Gon really an accident in Naboo?
How do you think Maul was able to track down Qui-Gon, Obi and the rest of the crew to Tatooine?
Wasn't he the one to propose giving Palpatine emergency powers to deal with the War?
He also lived through the liberation from the Galactic Empire.

This was all a game to him, he was the true puppeteer of all that has happened in over 30 years, possibly longer. A true manipulator, a master of deceit.
The true Dark Lord of the Sith.

Cheers

We know, Jedi Power. That doesn't mean we couldn't wish and dream.

Zahn's work is why I love Star Wars as much as I do today. That and Legos.

What? Shut your face, I was young(er) once you know. I loved Legos and Star Wars ones in paticular.

Anyway yeah. Once I entertained the idea of stop-motion animation, using Legos, and doing the Thrawn Trilogy. Didn't have the needed budget.

Of course that doesn't mean we won't see the Thrawn Trilogy later down the line. They are also talking about doing individual episodes off the main story. Think about Avengers and the character movies that spin off for each member.
