It's really a brilliant marketing move now that they've sold out and made a demand for the cakes
they can sell the brand to a new company that will put them back out and make a killing.

2004, Hostess files for bankruptcy, freezes wages, awards executives huge bonuses. 2012, Hostess asks union for pay cuts after years of no COLA raises, union says no way, executives sell off stock and close down company again getting a huge pay out. This is what really happened. It was planned from the beginning to force the unions out. Now Hostess will "sell brand names" and "restructure" in a way to keep from paying anything but slave wages with no benefits. Welcome to the Corporate States Of America. This is only the beginning.....
