This is just wondering, have you considered compressing images your not currently using?

Ps. Paying monthly for extra storage isn't the way to go, over time you will spend more then upgrading your storage.
I mean you could buy a 3TB internal Hard drive for 125-150€ which is 161-194$(depending on performance, but considering it would only be storage it would be less)

Compressing....now there's a thought. I would definitely consider it for archiving, but for local use, probably not. When you need to get at something, you don't want to be decompressing 3 TB to get 3 photos...

If you have the $$, you should also look into building/buying a server. Buy a board and some PCI raid cards for SATA, and install it in a case. You can get it up to 50 TB if you wanted.

Finally, after about 4 different drive and partition programs, I've gotten Windows to recognize that damn 3TB drive. As much as I hate to use it, EaseUS Partition Master did the job. Seagate Disc Wizard didn't. Minitool Partition Wizard didn't. Windows Disc Manager didn't. Mounting a hard drive shouldn't be this much trouble...

The only thing I could actually understand... I need to go back to Thailand...Foamys...Rub and Scrubs....very 'clean' 'Happy ending'...yet better....
