Great achievement
Kinda feels great feeling more energetic and mobile doesn't it?

I kinda quit most kinds of junk foods around 4 months ago due to overweight (Kinda having issues fitting into some old chairs, clothes etc was the trigger)
Just stopping to eat said junk without doing any kind of training yet(I may in some future) has put me from 220.4lb to 194lb
I still have quite some way to go, but I'm feeling better already, though i wonder if you had the same issue, having to trow away most of your clothes from being too big now?
Heck i got clothes that were too small at 220.4lb that are too big now.....at least you can wear the Leia outfit again

Dude, my wife is going to kill me if my pant size changes again. I just did give my big clothes away a couple of months ago. I was a 38 waist and now I wear a 29 or 30 depending on if it's shorts or pants. My shirts dropped from a xxl to an xl and even some l's.

i decided to walk home (6.2 miles) today. about half way through, while questioning my decision, i remembered this thread.
even for an athletic fellow, the trek was no small feat. running twice that distance would have resulted with me in the fetal position by the side of the road.

anyway, good job MD!
