I always was, though my name was green.
With what otto showed in another thread i saw you can change your default group in your user control panel if your in it.
So i tried switching mine from SWGO server support to administrator and my name turned red.....

Server support: Means your an In-game admin, so you have RM access to the server, being able to ban people etc etc
Global moderator: Means your able to modify others posts, lock threads, remove them and i believe your able to ban people from the server as well
Administrator: Meaning you have the global moderator powers and also ACP acess

Keep in mind moderators and administrators also have server support access, they just are able to manage the forums

The titles are irrelevant, I've seen members with admin title, and admins with member title, heck there is even an admin in the server support group with a normal name color.
All i see with the titles is quite the fun, Matt being the dictator, Nite being "the big mamma"(if i wrote that correctly) Haas being the overlord, and before KoKo being the enforcer
