I was in arizona (tucson & phoenix) in january a little bit back visiting a friend from school... [m'kay] warm!! kinda jealous...but white christmases are awesome

White Christmases are great, sure, but being laid up in your house outside of going out and doing ~snow things~ is really, really dull. Sure, you can go snowboarding and skiing and snowball fighting or whatever, but when you get bored of that you're basically just sitting around hoping it stops being so goddamn cold. I wanna go back down to Texas, this [poo] is bad.

snowboarding was my winter outlet... my career ended when suddenly during a day of snowboarding senior year (late feb 2011) I missed a trick (tailgrab 740) and woke up in the hospital the next day. If i hadn't been wearing a helmet, I'd be dead... last winter, I didn't get to board but this one I will!

Damn, takes balls to attempt a trick like that though! Glad to hear you're alright, and I hope you have better luck this year. The one time I tried to snowboard, I was using a ropelift to get to the top of the bunny hill, slipped and cracked my head open on an inconveniently placed ice patch. I didn't even start going up the hill before I had to get stitches. I [m'kay] suck at snowboarding.

totally true... I was having fun until I had to shovel off this fluff. I was born in Venezuela...it's 40 celcius all year... I need warmth

I had landed that trick in the past... just a bunch of bad luck made one little mistake into something crazy. I [m'kay] hate ropelifts. I'll never touch another one in my life... screwed up my knee that way the second time I went boarding and was out for like a month
