I enjoyed Star Trek. I don't see anything bad coming from him directing it.

I'm going to bite my lip and reserve judgement until I see how good a part the Klingons get in the cantina scenes. If the cgi doesn't look just perfect, THEN I'll have a word or two. I want to at least give him the benefit of the doubt for the first attempt.
