Child/Abortion Control

Kids these days...they don't make them like they used to! But c'mon, a lot of kids are getting [m'kay] retarded. A lot of them are whiny ass [female dog] ( at least on COD they are). Don't ya hate when your shopping for groceries when some annoying kid grabs one of your items from the cart? And then the parent does absolutely [m'kay] nothing? It's annoying. Then there's those kids who act like they know everything, and teenagers.

Damn, teenagers seem to be awful in school. I used to work as a substitute teacher at a high school a couple of years ago, and each time I taught class (didn't happen a lot, glad I got out of my old job), most of the teens in class constantly showed no interest in being at least slightly respectful, and they always interrupted me when I talked. Sending them to the principles office never seemed to work. I had enough one day and decided to call each of the troublemakers parents. all of them said some form of "thanks for letting me known, goodbye."

Now, I'm just ranting a bit (long day at work, incredibly long traffic jam), but the government needs to step in. I have a solution that the government can use to fix these problems. It starts at the root of the problem: the parents. Whenever a married couple gets pregnant, they should get some sort of mental test, to see if they are "smart enough" to raise kids. There would be a 10-point system. 1-5 means your too [m'kay] retarded to raise kids properly, so you'll either have to adopt at birth, or abort. 6-8 means you can have up to 2 children, and no more than that. 9-10 means you'll become a great parent, and you can get busy making love until the cows come home.
