i don't think it was terrorists.... they would have already transmitted some video message admitting involvement. But who knows, we need to wait and see.

Not all terrorists wear turbans. There are plenty that wear baseball hats and flannels. It will be most interesting to see who emerges as the true culprit.
Timothy McVeigh was an American and I'd be lying if I said it hasn't crossed my mind that he struck in April, as well...
If I told you guys the rest of the stuff that crosses my mind, I'd probably be locked up

You really should look up the definition of terrorist.

I agree, personally i think the culprit was home-grown, because 1. it was on Patriot's day. and 2, it's in boston, where the famous Boston tea party took place. it seems logical to me that it was some crazy right-wing extremist nut.

Maybe, maybe not...home grown or foreign...Right/Left leaning, crazy or just pissed... The investigation continues. All kinds of reasons are being thrown out there (including 'A Tax day' protest), but the one I've not heard being discussed yet on the news or radios, is someone trying to make a point that he/she/it didn't need an assault weapon to to kill or injure, in protest to the assault weapons ban, to demonstrate how even a small device has the potential to kill so many, and can be made by anyone without the help of a 'dealer' or need of a 'license'. Just my two cents and a scenario I threw into the discussion too. Nothing more.

A terrorist is somebody who commits an act of terror on a nation's soil. So yes, regardless of the culprit's affiliations, he/she is a terrorist.

I thought the same thing WD. A few household items and more damage than using a firearm.

And yet, they still could have caused more death by driving a car through...

Not much "terror" in that Haas.

As far as whether it is a Right Wing Nut(s), or a Left Wing Nut(s), I think a large finger should be pointed at the real culprit. Dividing a nation through rhetoric and policy changes, enlarging the government, ramming through unpopular bills into law, trying to inflame racial tension and class warfare, offering "hope" and delivering socialism.

I do not condone hurting anyone. But I do see the tension with the people I deal with on a daily basis. Some are blissfully ignorant, but many are getting angry on both sides. I do not recall anytime in recent history where there has been such a foul mood spread over the majority of the populace.
