I use my forum name quite frequently in game... I just like to remain mysterious for those I ban

For me it depends, usually i go with the : "The sheriff's in town [Female dogs]" style which usually results into everyone behaving till i leave and check stuff on the RM....i've literally had reports happen under 60s of leaving the server.
I only go Incognito whenever I'm dealing with those smart asses that keep in line when someone can ban them but wreak havoc whenever no admin is around.
