Thats because you don't set a quota for bans. Me, I like to set the bar at 5 bans per day. I feel that if I don't get those 5, I need to be tabbing out more to ban people, or I just start inciting riots on the server under an alias and then ban the troublemakers (myself included). I even went as far as banning Swineflu's name because I hadn't met my quota yet.
