WRONG!!!
Imagine that you haven't seen me yet and I am just sniping and I shoot... I have done this online and they all died (except pros like max survives sometimes). I think it takes about 0.3 of a second to pass an impulse from your brain to your vinger so you can roll or block. But first you must be aware that I'm shooting at you. This takes to a bit. (I think 0.1-0.3 of a second). Only after both this time you can survive. And I haven't spook yet about if I'm infront of you or somewhere backnoobing you far away. So to turn around and block takes also TIME! It's possible that my number (0.6 of a second) is inacurate but it will be close to the number. Also... I must be not to far from you because after shooting +-5 bullets, the bullets will secrete my target but if I'm close enough everything I said counts. I think you can only kill me while backnoobing me, backpulling me, backpushing me and if I have low health you can kill me with a gunner if you're skilled.
