Just in case anyone is wondering, HUD is 'Heads up display'. Not sure what Vulcid meant exactly, but We have that on the two Gulfstream 5 jet aircraft I fly. It's a flip down glass display above the Left seat Pilot's head that reflects a camera beam from behind the Pilot's head to show Navigational information to help not only fly the plane, but also shoot approaches to landing, and if plane is equipped (ours are) to see via infrared thru the clouds, thru installed nose-mounted camera, the runway environment before the naked eye can see while the clouds are still an issue.

It's just the ammo count and the health/stamina bars and stuff like that he's talking about. People call all that stuff in every game the HUD.
