Yeah, sure takes a lot of courage to speak up about what you believe in. In a country where you aren't punished in the slightest for doing so. Don't worry, if people keep talking like this, someday we may even have freedom of speech.

The clouds parted...and then he saw 'The Light'! Someone who really 'gets it', and is now an enemy of both white and black Liberals who want free handouts, and the Democratic Congress for saying what needs to be said. Gotta love poetic truth!

He seems to have missed the part where the "Dixiecrats" switched over to the Republican party in the Nixon era. I don't really approve of the strategy of "our community's still poor, let's stop supporting them!" either. I'd hardly say he's an enemy, though; he's free to be wrong unless it gets someone hurt.

I'm afraid I don't see what you mean, sorry. I'm just pointing out that he's wrong. See: Southern Strategy. The current Republican party is not the party of the 1860's.
