Software for in game screenshots?

Hi, I was wondering what everyone uses for taking in game screenshots. I have used fraps in the past and that slows the game too much, is there any software I can use just for taking a screen shot in game /full screen?

It seems Al Gore did not make a print-screen button on my keyboard. I will have to look for another solution.

I thought there was an xFire feature that let's you do that. Never used it though.

but on topic... the program "Fraps" can also do the job I think. It is free if i'm not mistaken.

no my vlog is going to be "NiteRunner the Gamer Mom"... I'm going to start it when I get pregnant with my next baby. It'll be a once a week vlog. I will do some SWTOR gaming, maybe some SWBF2. Maybe some silly FB games...
