i don't think this is a bad idea, but at the same time, it's unnecessary to implement. we already have a way of communication, so why put in something that does the same? if you're time constrained and don't have time to talk on the forums in such a manner, then you can revisit later.

Which an admin has to be on to do, one more duty they have to perform, as I have previously pointed out.

I do not want to ask our admins to police yet another area, and I don't think they are interested.

you dont need to be a [m'kay] admin to moderate the chatbox. you could give chatbox moderation to all admins and to maybe like 20 other community members. chat moderation doesnt really give the moderator any real power, other than banning/unbanning.

I don't think this is going to happen. As was mentioned before...if you want a live chat, go to xfire and create one.
The "only" real power us admins have is to ban so therefore, its "real"
