I agree with Mandalore, if you are good enough at the game to juggle your opponent for 10 minutes and prevent them from spawning, you earned it. Remember, the juggler is technically wasting their time as well. And why not just juggle them back? Unless, of course, they are better than you

Juggling is useful in competition for splitting the other team's spawns. However given this game has been effectively dead for well over 3-4 years, there's no real tactical point to doing so in a public server. Aside from it being fun and pissing people off.

Admin eject people who ruin the game for others. If one or 2 of 30 are "having fun", well that's a pretty [poo] ratio.
If juggling is something that can only be done by "skilled players" then they have been around long enough that they ought to have enough integrity to not bully the "less skilled".
