Somewhat condescending, Mr. High-and-Mighty? You're in denial, my friend.

Again, agreed. Going off on a tangent here, the individual liberties that distinguished the US from Britain were added primarily out of fear for centralized government, and were prerequisites to the unanimous ratification of the Constitution. They were not, contrary to popular belief, attached because the founding fathers cherished freedom and tolerance, but rather because they felt without granting these rights to their citizens, their yet-to-be-established government would be unable to keep the "nation" together.

Sad to see our education system producing this kind of "thinking".

Oh, you mean thinking based off of facts, papers written by the Founding Fathers, and historians' consensus? Who am I kidding, I forgot which site I'm on...

And for the record, I spent my past semester researching this and writing a lengthy paper on the subject, so unless you have some other form of logos to counter my points, I'd suggest you keep your smarmy, ignorant, useless comments to yourself.

I merely made an observation regarding your recent posts in this thread. I did not call names, belittle you, or call into question your intelligence. I concede you have probably studied the "history" taught to you. My comment was directed more to the "history" that is being taught in school today. All hail the NEA.

How did a post about a player asking about clans turn into this? :oldman:

All I can 'say' is that any thread created, is meant to be robbed/Hijacked whenever and however possible...Politically, socially, mentally, scientifically, etc. Keeps the forums lively and interesting when they slow down. Usually an off-handed side comment triggers this, and politics is one of the most volatile subjects. The threads all get back on subject/topic eventually. Just hang in there. We vent here (especially the adults) but some juveniles don't understand that fact.

And Pepsi (and Samunah), I knew all too well about Taxation without Representation. Didn't care to expand on the fact that 'Taxes' pisses people off...Even today. Especially if tax money is 'wasted'! We are not truly represented if 'The People' are represented by 'Tards'! We need Term limits!

Ohh, and did I mention that $$$ and NH are good clans?

Edit: I wanted to tone it down a bit. Sorry.

It's only natural. One topic gets wasted, so we slowly transition into another...

The forum teamnighthhawk.forumotion.com doesn't exist.

Tax is a fancy word for extortion. The British colonists in North America traded one tyranny for another in the late 1700's.
