This thing is like 3 or 4 feet longer than the Durango and its a [female dog] to back up so I started looking at in-dash DVDs w/backup cam. I was pretty horrified shopping the retail environment. Last years Kenwood would run me between $800-1000 installed.
Of course, my next stop was eBay. Anyone have thoughts on this? It cries out to my inner nerd. My only reservation is that it lacks a brand name and I don't have much recourse if it breaks...

You could invest the additional $$ into the square trade warranty. Do some googling on the product. The seller has a good rating...

Personally I think it looks like a great product. My Monte Carlo's stereo is lacking in an audio input for auxillary devices (phones, mp3 players) and I've ben considering getting something like this OR a car mount for my iPhone ... but finding the perfect car mount is nearly impossible cause I need a dash mount (incase I travel to California, windshield mounts are illegal there) and reviews suck on most dash mounts.
