One thing. How are certain people ALWAYS on heroes?

Is there a glitch to pick a side? A certain Timing? Is this just a clientside restriction or does the server enforce it?

I remember hearing that Heffix used to do this.

When you log in, you can see how many people are in one team...if you time correctly the moment you click "Join team", then you can get the team you want. It's a er of knowing when.

If the teams look like this:

Heroes - 10
Villains - 11

then you immediately click assign team so that you can end up in heroes. But you have to sort of time it correctly considering the other people who are joining. If you know how to do this, you can basically get the team you want most of the time.

Another thing to consider is that certain maps assign an X amount of people to one team first, and then assigns another X amount to the other team second. For example, you might notice that Hoth assigns people to the Imps first, and then assigns the others to the Rebs... this usually happens in batches of 3 people. 3 people in one team, 3 in another and then it becomes a 50/50 distribution as the amount of people joining is slowing down.

I kind of see it that way...not entirely correct, but that's how I see it working.

It's tough tho... after you did it like 5 times or something and when even you timed correct, you get switched to the non-prefered team. Point is... there is still a balance. :(

It is rare when an admin switches people Judge.

No that's not what a mean otto broh. Just after a couple of times being the empire and when you click on the auto thingy sometimes you screen shows like first empire but less than a second it switches to rebels and then you're rebels! :(

Lol. Like MD said...."That's not the admin". That is the server assigning you to a new slot.

It happens sometimes. And it's not the admin. I've had countless of times joined a game where I was given...let's say Rebs, I hit join and guess what?.. I'm all of the sudden Emp's. That happens when the second you hit "join", someone else joined the server and was given your Reb slot. Hope this clarifies something.
