If you force recipients to work for benefits you reduce work that could be done by the free market and private companies. The free market with its built in incentive to succeed will provide you a better product for less money than a welfare recipient who is only showing up because they're forced too.

When the employer mandate kicks in, the screaming will be amped up by about 1000x. Businesses will be cutting costs left and right (and laying people off too), and the employees will start freaking out.

It's an election year too.

I think we are going to have another 2010 landslide. Somebody did not think this through. It's political suicide.

.. too bad this mess has cost 5 times that many too lose their insurance and more to come this year. With the small company that I work for I am fairly sure I'll be added to the list of those who lose it. The only positive I have to look to is that my current year of insurance doesn't end until August which will at least be after our baby is born. :gun_bandana:

Just recently, Congresswoman Pelosi berated a Journalist for using the name 'Obamacare, and 'instructed' her that it was the 'Affordable Care Act'. Had the rollout of OBAMACARE been successful, Pelosi would have had that word Tattooed on her forehead.

I think Obamacare is a part of the government's scheme (or someone's scheme) to try to control everything that goes on in everyone's lives. There's one word for that Socialism, actually two, Communism. Sometimes the government makes be so mad :cursing:
