Legalize pot for several reasons.

Well the President has said that weed is no worse than booze and this would be the only thing that I would agree with him about. I live here in Denver. I don't smoke weed but to me there is no difference between alcohol and smoking weed. The fact remains that both substances hinder peoples reactions, thought processes etc. For some reason alcohol has been deemed socially acceptable. Also one the largest proponents here in Colorado that supported legalization of weed were the law enforcement agencies.

I'd suppose they are tired of enforcing it due to much more lenient penalties for possession versus the harder stuff. At least on the Federal level it is.

And Pepsi, we don't live in the World of Star Trek where 'everything should be/is 'free'. You need to understand, that making healthcare available to all who need it isn't as simple as wishing it into reality. Nothing is truly free. People who get handouts/entitlements from the Government, end up taking income from others and/or driving up the National Debt. We're over 17 Trillion and climbing fast. Obama doubled the debt with handouts in only 4 years. How is that Liberal way of thinking your buddy Obama pushes in any way sustainable?!
