My mom is speculating that Obama wasn't a natural born citizen and is going to attempt to amend the 22nd amendment restricting presidential term limits. Leaving him wide open to being re-elected and people going for it since he "got away with" fraudulently being president.

I honestly think that Obama has ventured (yet again) into uncharted waters (or Space for SWGO). That being said, Congress is in a serious quandary. Clearly this President has repeatedly and deliberately committed crimes in violation of the Constitution. But...as would be expected (and lessons learned by Congress regarding Clinton splooging all over Lewinsky's dress in the Sacred Oval Orofice... Leading to a failed Liberal Media-Blocked attempted Impeachment), the Republican led Congress is...sorry to say this...gun shy against Reid's Democratic Senate. So 'Impeachment' is unlikely at this point. However, I would 'bet' 2 things will happen if the Republicans capture the Senate in November 2014...
(1) Yet another (failed, unless and 'override of Veto' attempt can be made to rightfully shiiiit-can the destructive Obamacare) especially since Obama just now kicked the Can down the road 3 years (yet another Constitutional Violation) to the Next President on Employer Mandates, blaming 'that' President for its failures, and
(2): Obama's 'Impeachment'. If Congress gets both houses, 'Successful Impeachment' is very possible. God how I hope they do! Obama is a piece of [poo] criminal!! You vote for that piece of [poo]?!? 'You ' caused this crap! Nuff said!

I love how you take the idea that "he has obviously committed crimes in violation of the Constitution" for granted. Name something.

I think the problem is that the Republican leadership want to portray themselves as victims... but they are not innocent either, no er how bad Obama can be as president. Obama is a terrible negotiator and had ZERO political experience (only some period of time as Senator, none as mayor or governor) before the presidency, and this is what caused the majority of problems. But the republicans aren't saints. Accusations that the constitution was violated seem a little far fetched in my opinion. I don't want to breach my middle ground here, but really, I think some demagoguery is just too obvious to not notice it. Of course, democrats have had their fair share of demagogues during the bush era as well.

Except for the fact that there is no evidence of him violating the Constitution. I see many blog posts written by idiots with a 3rd-grade level knowledge of US Government claiming that the Executive Order is a violation of the US Constitution, despite the fact that repeated Supreme Court Case decisions have upheld this power, despite the fact that every president from Washington until present has issued multiple executive orders, and I see multitudinous efforts at painting the President as a "socialist, Muslim, scumbag." Forgive me if I don't find this compelling...

I'm not a steadfast Obama fan, and I will criticize the President from time to time, but, unlike you, I don't claim that every action he takes that I don't happen to agree with is unconstitutional, and I supply evidence to support my conclusions.
