I've long found it disconcerting that Harper has to do the things the free world used to look to the US to do. Canada has long sought to be a moral leader, but we've never had to step up to the plate the way we have been the past few years.

You would think that our leaders would learn from the past instead of forgetting hard learned lessons of failed political policies. Appeasement begets evil. Now Russia is setting the stage for taking the entire Ukraine, not just Crimea. Good job liberal progressives. Because of this, many innocent lives will be put at risk, many will die. All because weak leaders with little common sense swayed by being Politically Correct allowed this to happen on their watch.
