How do I change per map reinforcements for dedicated server?

I am the admin for the new server GLPS Strikes Back, and I was wondering how to use the SWBFII Server Manager to change the number of reinforcements for an individual map?
I have set the Con Reinforcements setting in the Server Manager but that applies to all of the maps; I would like to change a few maps to have the map reinforcement settings different from the global settings.

I know I could create a bat file to do this, but I was hoping to continue to use the SWBFII Server Manager to manage this server.
If anyone could help point me in the right direction I would be most grateful.

What would you recommend I do? Will running the server as a bat file still give me the ability to ban people? I was under the impression that you could only do that while running under server manager. I am a newbie to configuring an SWBFII dedicated server so I would appreciate some specific guidelines from y'all.

If I had the source code for the SWBFII Server Manager, I could fix a lot of those issues and make it loads better.
I would just need the source code for the server manager to see how the server manager talked to the game.
