Be starting the game tomorrow at some point. Tried it in beta and I was impressed, key bindings I'll need to work on based upon the beta experience.

Downloading now, dunno I was pretty good during the beta, not sure how much difference in skill there will be now, but people there were pretty horrible IMO

Mystery solved... My Nvidia GeForce Graphics Driver was a couple years out of date. My rubber bullets are now 'steel' so I'm now registering damage to opponents. Makes a big difference. Maybe now I can start to enjoy the game.

My resolve is weakening a bit as I watch more gameplay video.

I think I'm going to end up getting it for more than $30, but not more than $50. Probably near Christmas.

After a week of playing this game...I still suck ass. I can't figure it out. I see players with the same guns as me, yet I still get killed in 2- 3 shots. While I can't seem to kill them. This game is bumming me out. I'm starting to hate the game more each time I play it. $60 dollars down the drain.

The same thing happens to me Panama. I think it is the lag difference from my PC and theirs. I can hit people directly in the head on my screen but they don't take any damage. I have had to revert to the RT-97C street cleaner to register any hits on the other team. All those credits for the fancy guns wasted. I can't even use the sniper rifles because it registers a miss.

I have a feeling that hitboxes and/or hit registration issues could be present in the game itself, and have little to nothing to do with player-side issues.

E.g.- A-wings. [m'kay] A-wings.

I've seen my character get hit by blaster fire that definitely wasn't from my own team. But I didn't take any damage. It tends to be while sprinting, maybe?

Maybe this is like one end of the spectrum of hit reg issues, and the totally invincible player bug is at the other extreme. Idk.

EA/DICE have acknowledged a reported list of bugs and issues and are reputedly working on resolving them. It is speculated that some of the fixes may be released tied in with the download for next week's free DLC.
