Splinter Cell 3 don't work on windows 7 please help!

I installed Splinter Cell 3 but it doesn't work! Maybe the problem is i have windows7? When I click to run the game it shows the error :"Windows 7 can't get acces to device,path or file. You do not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." Something like that -I had to translate error from Polish into English...so sorry for mistakes

You might try disabling UAC http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/12/30/how-to-disable-and-turn-off-uac-in-windows-7/
