Owning an xbox has disanvantages!

Something i just figured out:MS support is really bad..E-mail contant-Not available/Online groups-Wait 1 minute(10 mins passed still at hold lol)/Phone contact 9:00-5:00...I bought Skyrim of live and i have an error...Waiting 20 mins now no reply at forums...My older copy of skyrim got laser burnt from the xbox..(I know pissed of really bad!)..This isnt my 1st time with error with MS and sometimes I really regret having an xbox..You have faced anything like it?Post it bellow:
