Ok, I decided to create a consistent update on the project to note the progress and get some feedback.
Here is the grid I made to use as a guide for the beam sections of the outer hull.

Is this grid density sufficient or would you recommend to double the amount of paths for each side? Any feedback is appreciated.
Having 4 times as many paths for each orientation has cause consistent crashes for the Program, so I'm actually nearing the limits of what my PC can handle.
Fun fact: Adobe Illustrator (Program I'm using to make this) was using 10 GB RAM for this procedure.
