Posted: Mon Aug 30, 2010 7:32 pmTo get the actual image file, a program such as fraps or Xfire will have been used. To get the camera angle in this shot, without a HUD, the "Free cam" function of the unnoficial 1.3 patch will have been used.

Posted: Wed Sep 01, 2010 11:44 amIt is definitely Free Camera, if you want to take pictures like that, download the Unofficial Version 1.3 patch, it automatically gives it to you. Once you have it, you can access it in the pause menu. Just play around with it and figure out how it works.
