This guys entire point is making people think a bit about the [derriere orifice] they are voting for.
We have a guy in RI named Cool Moose Healey. Among other atrocities he has pointed out in our state, is the fact that we have a Lt Governor which is a most useless position (he gets paid to wait for the current governor to die and take over the office). The only person who can terminate that position is the Lt Governor, himself. The Moose runs every time and when people finally have sense to elect him it will save the state a million dollars the first year and zillions over time moving forward.
