most folks upload them to photobucket or flickr or something of that nature. From there just use the img code

When you've got the screenshot opened up (You do that by clicking on the thumbnail of the screen from your profile)....Click on the "Share" button and copy the link under the heading "Paste into forums with BBCode"
Just past that link on a forum and it'll appear, for example:

If you'd like it to be bigger, then:
Instead of hitting "Share", click on "Full size" when you've got the screenshot being displayed. Once you've done that, right click on the larger image which appears and select "Copy image URL" Then, on the forum, put it inside
