I played SWBFII with a geForce MX440 at one time. Worked fine.

there are def AGP cards that run the game. I have a 5900XT in my dad's desktop and it runs the game on medium low settings with a very high framerate.

As I'm sure you know there are a generation or two more of AGP cards after the 5 series (nVidia wise).

So you'll be fine. Sounds like you are a good player, can't wait to have you here. I'm sure you know that it will be different since when you use a mouse instead of a controller you can make much quicker movements of your reticule.

Hey, thanks for the welcome guys! I'll get a new vid card this weekend and see if that does the trick. Might just be that my PC is so outdated. (that's why I like consoles!)

I have this little thingamajig that plugs into a USB port and I can then plug a PS2, gamecube, or xbox controller into it. Haven't used it yet, but "theoretically" I should be able to use my trusty ps2 controller to play on the PC.

I used to play shooter games with the mouse and joystick, but that was a long time ago (Wolfenstein, Duke Nukem, Doom). LONG time ago! hahaha I really don't want to try to learn this game all over again.

So, no mods or custom maps on JBA, huh? Do y'all have Bespin and Rhen Var though? I really miss Cloud City!
