Requesting Admin Demote (HEAR ME OUT)

I have a pretty sad story for you all.
Today (10/15/12) I was playing on my favorite server, SWGO Hero Assault DC. I was having fun, playing with my good friend after a stressful day. I force jumped to a high building, and I turned around just in time to see a dark figure behind me. I force pushed on instinct, and by accident. Then, I look down to see the player was Darth Maul, on my team. I realize I just team pushed by accident. SO, being the kind person I am, I jump down to him and apologize in chat. That's when I realize the player is (SWGO) Kren. I didn't know Kren at that time, but I would soon. After I apologized, Kren did nothing. He stood still, and I walked away. About 10 seconds later I was kicked. Here is what it said from memory: "Kicked player LOCKJAWVENOM for team pushing and being an idiot." I was pretty pissed by this, but I forced myself to calm down before re-entering the server. When I get back in, I apologize AGAIN to Kren, yet I also say I did not feel that I was fairly kicked. Kren tells me to shut up, and that he will ban me if I keep "harassing him". Instead, I apologize to him AGAIN. Then, my friend (who is pissed because when I re-joined I got my team switched) backs me up, along with another guy named Parker. After another minute, I was banned for a day. I understand if you guys are friends with Kren, or if Kren was just in a bad mood. In fact, if Kren WAS in a bad mood, I honestly apologize for pissing him off. I apologize for ALL that happened, but I still would like to see Kren demoted. Even if Kren is a great guy, even if Kren was in a bad mood, you NEVER take it out on loyal players. So, I apologize to everybody about this, and I hope you don't ban me from the forums for asking to demote an admin. I honestly just want to get back on my favorite remaining SWBFII server. -LOCKJAWVENOM

Instead of demanding the removal of a highly respected admin, you might have private messaged him first before publicly defaming him on the forums.

Or just posted a thread requesting an investigation; it's not very nice or reasonable to demand that someone be stripped of a position based on your word alone.

The first two team pushes I gave you the benefit of the doubt so I did not warn you or kick you however after observing you I noticed that you were team pushing so I ndicated the following in-game:

And what happened was that you took no notice and continued randomly push players and dash away.

Fast forward a couple of minutes…and even though I give you the opportunity to stop what you decided to continue team pushing.

When I landed on a roof next to you did nothing most likely unaware I was an admin so u team pushed me. I jumped back to the roof and you then team pushed again. You then received the kick:

15/10/2012 22:00:08 : Client: Said 'LOCKJAWVENOM kicked for For team pushing and being an idiot'.

So you had five minutes to stop what you were doing, you had ample time to desist and play within the rules. I received no direct apology at that point or change to what you were doing towards the team.

You came back to the server to whine about how unfair I had been and you had previously apologised which was not the case. You continued this 'Mr Innocent' approach for the next couple of minutes so after taking stock of the past ten minutes I decided a one day (yes one day!) ban was in order for you to cool your head and think about not breaking the server rules.

Enjoy the day-off, come back renewed and play within the rules and all will be cool, if not then you will receive a longer ban.

What do you think would have happened if I would have PMed him? He would have contacted you to ban me from the forums, or something like that. I mean, I doubt he would apologize, based on his previous actions. Maybe you're right. Maybe I should just sit like an idiot and take his ban straight to my face. Maybe I don't have the right to speak up for myself, and I don't know why I expected anybody to trust me. Oh well. At least I have my dignity for TRYING. Not every good person gets the good end of the stick, as they say. Still, I thank you for not banning me from the forums entirely. I mean, from your point of view, I'm just a complaining noob that only exists to give you problems.

dude, look, there is no need to feel that way for just one day of ban. Also, every player is important, new and old ones and i'm sure the admin would BE demoted if there was clear evidence of abuse. However, considering what happened I don't think that's reason to demote an admin. Even I disagree with admins sometimes but that's never a reason to demote and if I was ever warned for something, the admin was probably right. In this case, he was correct in kicking you because:

1. you didn't read the rules from the auto admin.
2. you team pushed and he warned you

however, I must add I have continuously seen that some people in this community have no manners. I don't think calling the newcommer "idiot" was appropriate in any way.But again, next time listen to the admin. Anyway, it's just one day off. I say let's all get over it, and have Peace!!

Well you know what, nobody seems to understand my side. The owner already posted on this basically saying that I had no proof. Then Kjeopardy also posted saying that I had no proof. Then Kren posted his account which stated nothing of my apology which apparently "never happened". Kren also said I had force pushed players then sprinted away, which never happened. Oh well. I've has enough BS for the day. Nobody's ever going to believe me, because I have no proof. Well, that's how admins are. I guess I better take Kren's story and completely throw away my dignity, I guess I should just walk away and play singleplayer, or not play the game at all for the rest of my miserable night. Because HONESTLY, your server was the funnest server that still existed in such an old game. I guess I need to walk away and play tomorrow knowing that no admin will ever back any user up unless they have 200 people to back them up on these servers. I'm no admin, but I know how things work. It's a losing argument. You win. I hope you are happy Kren. I'm done with being nice to people here. Hopefully my next forum post can be about the beauty of ponies and rainbows. Now go ahead and post victory insults on this topic until it gets removed. If only I was an admin. I would only exist to watch people and back them up when they get gang raped. Still, I want to thank the owner and Kjeapordy for dealing with my losing argument.
