All of this is useless. With a few words we could destroy the entire earth. We have enough of a nuclear stockpile to annihilate the entire middle east. Most of the time I wonder why we don't.

... Do you want me to answer from realpolitik, or from basic [m'kay] human morality? You don't seem to understand either.

We would destroy ourselves too with the radiation released from the many blasts which you so astutely (not really ) described.

And all the moral stuff Crater was complaining about...the nerve of him—to take exception to killing hundreds of millions of people :oldman:

Hahaha, stop posting on these forums. We don't have room for any more ten year olds with an ego. You wonder why we don't nuke the Middle East because you're a [m'kay] idiot, not because you're more "rational". Ignoring the fact that we'd be killing almost a billion human beings, we'd also be eradicating the vast majority of oil supplies, which would lead the economy to disaster. You are a [m'kay] idiot. Leave.

Umm, I wouldn't call Israel's defending itself "a crime against humanity." When Palestinians put military equipment in civilian homes, they can't exactly complain when Israel kills their civilians.
Both sides are responsible. Remember that the Palestinian attacks were retaliation for the assassination of a military commander as he was driving through a city in an auto. (This doesn't justify the retaliation.)
While it is true that Palestinian land was taken for the creation of Israel, the Jews historically have greater claim to the land than the Arabs, and not much land was taken—look at how many Arab countries there are, and the size of Israel.
Better claim? How so? Remember, if you read the Bible, the Israelites invaded what is now Israel (12 tribes, etc.) And it's not as if all Arab nations are the same. "We're gonna kick ya outta your ancestral homes, but you can just move across the border to one of 'you guys' countries." No! It doesn't work like that.
The mainstream media talks about how Israel doesn't have regard for the lives of Palestinian civilians (which isn't really true); rarely do you ever hear about how the only reason their civilians are being killed is because they hide military equipment in residential areas.
Maybe, but does that justify breaking the Geneva Codes and attacking civilians?
EDIT: Additionally, the prospect for a ceasefire is inherently unlikely—Hamas agrees to one if and only if Israel will lift its blockade of Gaza. It cannot do this, however, because it is trying to prevent the entry of weapons into Gaza. In general, a ceasefire usually means Israel ceases, Palestinians fire
Bloody nonsense. The blockade inhibits free trade, something capitalists triumph.

What you say is just plainly untrue. The rocket attacks have been going on for quite a long time—they are NOT in response to killing the commander. You make like killing that guy was a bad thing!!!

Secondly, how the hell can you complain about Israel killing civilians? They don't do it on purpose; Gaza is extremely densely populated (more than 9,000 people per square mile)—there are bound to be some civilian casualties. Israel should be commended for how few civilian casualties there have been so far.

And yes—the blockade is to try to prevent the importation of military equipment to Gaza.

Israel hates Palestine, Palestine hates Israel. Israel has the best special forces division on the planet. Palestine has a lot of rockets and pissed off people. I'm pretty sure we know who's going to seem like the good guy, considering this information. Maybe if Mossad spraypainted "MOSSAD OWNS NOOBS LOOOL" on every one of their missions, we might have a different view of things!
