Do NOT deliver personally...Talk to Dad, then do what DoF said, then what Braz said.

That happened already, though under other circumstances.

By the way, Son, I can help. I just need details.

I've helped guys get custody who's ex's have fled the their state of residence. If she's that screwed up and your children are in danger, I really can help.

Good luck Son, I have no insight whatsoever but between dof and mc and dad, you have some good suggestions here.

Another advantage to a process server, at least in the state of Wisconsin, is that the process server fills out an affidavit that is notarized and if the douche says he never got it, the judge will issue a bench warrant. Good luck.

We are kinda like one big very dysfunctional* family, we do try and help eachother out I've noticed. Which is awesome. Little things like that make me feel better about humanity.

*Sometimes.

Good luck Son.

My real family can be quite disfunctional...

Anyways, I ended up talking to a few lawyers and turned the envelope with her copy of the motion into my lawyer who was then going out to deliver it to her. I was really hoping she wouldn't see it so that she couldn't fight it.

I appreciate that thought and I'll keep it in mind. Problem is most of my issues are not exactly solvable. My mom's and my health, our financial situation, etc. I'm showing signs of clinical depression, that's always fun. Doctor's failing us left, right, and center, or just leaving the state altogether.
The fact I'm probably killing my laptops by playing games is a great thought to stress me out every time I fire up World of Tanks and watch my GPU overheat to 95c and up. Is 80c too much to ask for? Apparently. I'll open it up and see if there's any dust issues, maybe even get some new thermal paste. But I digress.

The fact the thought was put out there does a lot in and of itself. :th_a017: Keep on rockin, SWGO.
