No, I tend to be too wordy and hard to understand. I'm working on fixing that; thanks for telling me you were having trouble.

Crater, if the roles were reversed and there was a Republican admin in the White House, do you believe there would've been more coverage from the press or less coverage or about the same?

Recent history seems to indicate less coverage for a Republican President.

The last time this was being discussed? Nothing on these forums is ever discussed. The only thing that happens on these forums in regards to politics is a bunch of grown ass men having a huge slapfight and getting nothing accomplished, while a gaggle of children line up on either side thinking they're cool for hanging out with the adults.

That's what I was wondering.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorist_ ... facilities

12 attacks on US diplomatic facilities during Bush's term, 7 of them having at least as many deaths as Benghazi. I don't remember any of these incidents resulting in months-long media coverage trying to legitimize conspiracy theories.

Yes. I do not remember the administrations lying about the details of those attacks to the American people during a presidential election, in order to cover up the fact that they screwed up. What would be different about this Benghazi attack? Hmmmmm? I wonder?

American deaths? American Ambassador killed? Seals killed?

The only thing you can possibly fault the administration for is deliberately downplaying the Al Quaeda connection. This is not new information - back in November, Former Director Petraeus said as much. He said it was an attempt to avoid tipping off the groups they were tracking. If true, it wasn't very effective, but I'm not seeing any contradictory evidence or a better explanation at the moment.

There were some legitimate complaints about how light the security was, too. However, the complaints about that seem to have stopped after the Republicans realized they were the ones who voted for the security cuts.

There is not, and never has been, any evidence of misconduct during the event itself. Not that anyone seems to care about evidence.
