There's still a good audience in GameRanger? Hmm, I'll have to check back. I badly miss the old hero combat, the hero combat in EASWBF is so boring.

Must...not...crash...SWAG server...Then we can have SWGO kill the SWAG server It's very tempting lol.

Back before I got EASWBF, I was playing SWBFII on GameRanger and I wanted to see what happened if you gave an invalid value to ... well, one of the crash glitches. Let's just say I accidentally booted everybody off the server. I directed them back here to get the patched EXE which stops this from working, but I still looked like an idiot.

There's another one that I don't think even requires you to be connected, but I'm not going to explain that one lest somebody be tempted to replicate it.

Edit; Wait a minute, didn't somebody get permission to crash a fake JBA server some ways back? That can be arranged for sure.

I wish I could get on gameranger, but Gamemaster seems to be standing in my way. And everytime I try and remove Gamemaster, it takes the whole damn game with it! Have any solutions?

Gamemaster is no longer a thing. Delete your gamemaster BattlefrontII.exe and replace it with the one that came with the game: http://www.mediafire.com/file/c9myuq4id ... rontII.exe

Yea I did that right after my last reply. SWGO really needs a server on ranger. There's only 1 good server up currently

Once in a blue moon, some Admin named 'FAIRFIGHT' gets on. I dont know what the problem with EA [derriere orifice] not getting more Admins in place.

Have you seen the threads posted by /u/Code_Marathoner on the Battlefront Subreddit?

He found one of the free hacks and has been analysing it over the past few weeks.

He's also trolling the hack forum admins and the hack author, it's hilarious to watch. He's basically shown that the author is literally a whiny little high school kid trying to look cool.

His latest accomplishment was revealing that putting "hex" in your username broke the hack against you almost totally because the author is a noob coder.

He says the author is going to "surprise" everybody who tries this trick, but he says that he's hoping the hack will autokill everybody who does it so that all the hackers who try to hide their hacks get busted. I've put it in my name, haven't seen anybody try to hack.

You have to read back through the threads, especially the comments on part 2.5, the amount of salt he gets from the author is pure gold.
